I can not find the words to describe the excellent experience i had with Ace total care. After three mechanics and having my car towed four times i was finally able to have my car fixed by their well experienced mechanics. The amount of time and analytical precision they took with my car to figure out whats wrong and what caused my fuel pump to give out impressed me. I brought in my 2015 Tundra with air conditioning issues, and they did an amazing job getting it fixed quickly and running perfectly again. The staff was friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. Best of all, the repair was done at a great cost — no hidden fees or surprises. I finally found a great mechanic shop that I can trust. No nickel and diming, and very good pricing. Beyond that, they were able to resolve my issue and not just patch it. Highly recommend!
A +++ Honest and fair shop. The check engine light appeared to be a starter issue. The car is under extended warranty. They ran a series of tests and saw that there was a sensor issue due to not being plugged in. They reconnected the sensor; everything tests clean. No charge to me. Some shops would have replaced the starter and charged it off the warranty company. Will be using this shop again. Highly recommend this local shop. The appt booking process, reminder and check in process was fantastic.
I had a speaker issue, I came in Tuesday and within an hour I already had an estimate on how long it would take and the cost. The service was top tier and my speakers sound 10x better than before. Also an additional 5 stars because of the marvel movies. Should really consider putting a popcorn machine in the store
