My story is a long one. I don't want to bore you with it. I will say the most important thing. I worked in retail for 27 years. I know what excellent customer service should look like. I have never experienced the top notch customer service I received in this shop. I will consider this my go-to shop, should my vehicle need any type of service again. I'm a satisfied customer!
Their team was honest, professional, and showed true integrity from start to finish. Ace Total Car Care is outstanding! I had called and spoke to David, thinking I had a rear main seal leak. I told him that I've had a major oil leak for a while, and now recently my oil pressure light kept flickering on and off at idle. He gave me a quote for the rear main over the phone, but advised me to bring my vehicle in to get it properly diagnosed. ACE Auto Care is a fantastic place! The parts and labor were very reasonably priced, which made the whole experience even better. I especially enjoyed speaking with the friendly female manager at the front desk—she was incredibly nice, professional, and kept me well updated on every step of the car repairs. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to ACE Auto Care again!
