Replaced a part in less than 30 minutes when furnace failed to ignite. Gave advice on a condensation problem and recommend another company to hire to do the insulation. Did a safety check and set the furnace to run in 2nd stage. Signed up for their maintenance program which saved me money.
In 2007 our old furnace was serviced by "Air Controls" of four corners. The 'tech' messed around with the old noisy fan motor and supposedly got it working ok, noting that he didn't think he could get a replacement. In reality of course I could have retro'd a similar size/voltage motor in there and gotten it done cheaper than they charged us I'm 100% sure.
