Needed to change my serpentine and air conditioning belt. I was going to do it on my own but my truck doesn’t have a tensioner pulley and didn’t feel comfortable cutting my belts and trying to rig up zip ties to put on stretch belts. I didn’t want to be stranded if I couldn’t get them on. I called ASAP Auto and they were able to get me in same day! Took them an hour and my belts were changed! The team at ASAP is friendly, polite, and communicative — they follow up well and explain things clearly. That said, I’ve had two experiences that made me lose trust. Once they recommended replacing my wife’s car battery even though it was only a few months old. We skipped it, and a year later the same battery still works fine (AAA confirmed it was healthy). ASAP was recommended to me by a trusted neighbor who had been dealing with Noe and his crew for years. As a fairly recent widow, I’ve had to become wary of scammers; so, knowing I could walk into Noe’s office with the confidence that I would be treated with respect, meant the world to me. My automotive problem turned out to be less than I had feared; and it, and I, were treated with as much gravitas as if it was a serious, mechanical failure. As Arnold said, “I’ll be baack!”

Thanks to all at ASAP Automotive for getting my car repaired and oil change! Someone smashed my side mirror so ASAP jumped into action and found a new mirror has it replaced by the next day! Then my passenger window stopped going up and down so they found a new mechanism and fixed that as well again the next day! I would recommend these guys to anyone if they need their car fixed! 👍👍👍👍

Husband and I spoke with Ron early Wednesday morning; he explained thoroughly what would happen. Service unfolded just as he described. All necessary repairs were fixed and completed by days end. We were pleased and have recommended ASAP to others. We will also return here for our next car maintenance service. 👌🏽✅
