Had a great experience here! My new car had got a pretty nasty door ding from someone in a parking lot, and thankfully my tesla was able to capture it all and was covered with insurance. The team was quick to set up an appointment with me and was able to schedule me in on the same day. Really was no out of cost to me during this whole process, they handled everything else. I am astonished at how well they preformed. The damage is perfectly fixed with oem parts and they cleaned the interior so well! They didnt even have to. And I have never seen my car so clean and shiny on the outside. I am so impressed.

I recently had my Lexus RX 350 repaired at Autocraft. I found the people to be courteous, professional, and most importantly, technically competent. They greatly assisted me in dealing with my insurance company. The car looks great and I’m very happy with the entire experience.

Christian and his team of A+ professionals are the only game in North Austin, for auto body repair, as far as I am concerned. I have had my Tesla Model Y Performance with him for collision repairs twice now and could not be happier with their quality of work, communication, timeliness of repairs and price. Highly Recommended!!
