I recently had my Lexus RX 350 repaired at Autocraft. I found the people to be courteous, professional, and most importantly, technically competent. They greatly assisted me in dealing with my insurance company. The car looks great and I’m very happy with the entire experience.
I chose Autocraft since they were listed as an authorized repair center for Rivians. I stupidly scraped the front of my car on a barrier at work. Nothing major but enough that I wanted it fixed. They responded quickly to my email and the whole process from start to finish was super easy including them working with my insurance. The work they did was awesome and they kept me updated the entire time. Would definitely come here again in the future (but hopefully I never have to!)
Better than 5 star! They were VERY communicative and helpful. I would go back there in a heart beat. The service was like I was on a cruise ship. I never had a problem getting someone on the phone - which is rather strange these days.
Autocraft Bodywerks is next level! My car still had paper tags when it was hit, crunching the driver side front quarter panel and bumper.
