We went through Tesla from before and wait times was really long and after the incident just to get an estimate would've taken a month and a half while Autocraft Bodyworks was able to see us even the same day. UPDATE: We finally received our vehicle back and behold, they crossed up the wiring on the van when installing our new awning and the vehicle is unusable in its current state for rentals or its designated use. I received a call on Wednesday that the manager would be reaching out to put a game plan together to resolve the issue….it’s now Saturday with zero phone call or communications.
