Joe was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever needing a tow truck, and he made the entire experience stress-free. One minute I was driving and the next I wasnt and so I made the call to get towed and as I was sitting on the side of the road contemplating my career choice in the blazing indiana heat is when i seen the light flashing on the tow truck and Joe come driving up in absolutely record time. Great service and as much as I dont want to break down again I hope its yall that come save the day. Very much deserved 5 stars!
I was driving from Florida up to Chicago to be there and assist my brother who has leukemia and I got a flat tire near Cuyuga. A nice woman recommended that I call Bob's Road Services. My car and I were stranded on 63 in the middle of farmland and my tire was ripped open. I called Bob's and I spoke with the owner, Katy, who could not have been any nicer and more helpful. Great company to have do work for you. Stranded with no start no crank on class a diesel pusher on a Sunday evening. Bob’s came right out and Joe the mechanic found the problem right away. Joe was also very informative and helpful walking thru each step. Katie the lady I talked to in the office found all my parts and kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommended
Joe fixed my two tires and mud flap in 1 hour real quick and he really is nice and will do whatever he have to do to get you back on the road
