If I could rate a 10 star I would. Mickey,was nothing short of amazing! He came to my roadside rescue with a truck breakdown in the middle of NOWHERE. I was cold alone and there where no uber,lyft,etc. This gentleman not only took care of my truck. He also drove me safely to a hotel in the next town over in his personal vehicle on his time and his gas. This gentleman knows his job and he knows how to treat customers. I just want to say, Thank You, to Hap for the great service today. I broke down early this morning and he showed up as soon as he could and got right in there and started working. It was not an easy or quick fix and he worked hard in this cold weather all day with no complaints at all. What started off as a tire change has turned into a good business choice. We now use Bob's for all repair work on our truck. They are able to meet our schedule to do the work when it is convenient for us and with a great attitude. The biggest plus for us is that all the work has been able to be done at our facility. Ryan has been our tech and has done a great job with communication with appointments, work that is needed and being done. Highly recommend.
Katie, Ean, and Anthony were all a great help!! Very welcoming and friendly to take a quick look at my tires. Thankful for them to ensure I was safe to drive.
They did a great job at diagnosing and fixing our medium duty box truck so that it was ready for winter. Ryan did a wonderful job following up and working around our schedule as to not affect our business. They will have our continued business!
