They were quick to schedule a crew to come and correct the problem I was having with my AC. Philip and Derek explained everything they needed to do and showed me pictures of what had happened. Very professional and even gave me a name and number for someone to take care of something they recommended I get done that they don’t do. Highly recommend using their services!
I called Adrian, he gave me information on an air conditioner he was very honest about what would be more and which unit would be less. He was very professional throughout the whole process. Does not pull a permit for inspection with the city and when I went to sell my house they claimed they would do it and they did not. They actually lied that they did contact the city. They stopped answering our calls and we had to go to the city to see if an inspection was scheduled. It was not so they blatantly lied and I had to pay an independent contracted to inspect the system to be able to sell the house.
Robert did an amazing job at installing our new sink faucet and all our plumbing that was such a hassle to do myself I always know I can trust my best friend Adrian and his team at Chase to get me going here are before and after pictures. The ones that had built the house hot wired the garbage disposal to the switch and the garbage disposal was really old and barring down to much weight on the pipes. Next time we will get a new garbage disposal and plug to the bottom of the sink
Robert was great! He was very friendly and more than helpful! This seems to be the norm for Chase technicians...they are all very professional and nice, and even better, they know their stuff.
