I’ve used Cool Moon for 6-7 years now. I’ve had five preventative tune-ups, one capacitor replacement, one drain line fix, and last month a complete duct cleaning + UV light install. Every single time the techs show up on time, explain what they’re doing, charge fairly, and actually care if the system is running right. In Miami it’s hard to find trustworthy AC companies, but these guys are the exception. Family-owned vibe with big-company reliability. Forever customers here!
