Paul, Sam and the whole crew were very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. My window on my ford fusion 2012 got stuck before work and so I called around to a few auto shops in the area. After visiting another auto shop who wasn’t able to fix my car, they recommended me to go to this one. They got me in the next morning, checked my car and ordered the parts same day. Just wanted to share i had a very good experience with Comfort Auto & Body Repair. Got my truck body and maintenance repairs at the same time. Turnaround time was quick, prices fair, communication excellent. The "extra mile" was shown to my truck in numerous ways. Car was detailed, attention to detail on my truck exceeded expectations. I found myself suddenly needing my alternator replaced at the end of the working day. Working in Portland and living in Vancouver surely meant I had to leave my car and ride share home. NOPE! Daniel and Sam stayed late to make sure I could get home safe. When they noticed a taillight out I let them know the last shop I was at said it was an electrical issue and they’d have to run a diagnostic to be sure. I had post collision repair work done a few months after I was backed into. They did a great job making it easy on me by dealing with the insurance and explaining the scope of work with regular progress updates. The staff were friendly and diligent and the end product is good as new.
