They seem to be an honest place. I accidentally agreed to pay $100 more than what we had negotiated because I had signed the form without reading it thoroughly (stupid, I know), but the guy noticed the discrepancy and threw the form I signed away and reprinted it with the right numbers. Didn't get his name but I appreciate it greatly. Before and after photos included.
My experience at Comfort Auto & Body has been excellent, and in fact I was originally given a recommendation from a friend to have my vehicle serviced here. I was rear ended two months ago and had a reinforcement bar and bumper replaced. Comfort was very quick with service and Paul at the office was communicative and on top of coordinating between two different insurance agents and the rental car agency as well. Recently someone backed into my parked car. I had never been in that situation before, any collision really, so it was my first time navigating the insurance process and having body work done to my car. Comfort was fantastic through the whole process. They got me in and out quickly for an initial estimate. As a women going into an autobody shop I never know what to expect. I never was talked down to or felt like I was being taken for but, quite the opposite. They were very clear in communication about the service, price and timing. TRULY went above and BEYOND in their service and customer service. I felt taken care of and they fixed my car quickly! Paul, Sam and the whole crew were very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. My window on my ford fusion 2012 got stuck before work and so I called around to a few auto shops in the area. After visiting another auto shop who wasn’t able to fix my car, they recommended me to go to this one. They got me in the next morning, checked my car and ordered the parts same day.
