No one wants to need a mechanic but when you do it’s remarkably important to have one you can trust. I recently had some major trouble with my 2019 ford escape including a blown head gasket. I took my car in due to some funny electrical behavior, and Mike was amazing, they are honest , quick to respond and very good to work with. I believe this is rare in todays world and cant tell you enough how much I appreciate having a mechanic shop that has these qualities. DISHONEST MECHANICS. I took my car in for a transmission issue (slipping gears) and asked them to diagnose the issue. They told me it was the clutch. I asked them to verify the transmission was in good condition before I spent over 2k to replace the clutch. They came back after only 5 minutes and told me again that the transmission was fine and had lots of life left. They assured me the gear slipping was due to the clutch failing. (?) Dave's a great guy with a really good sense of humor. Very accommodating and a good deal to boot. Well I spent $1,500 on my van and they still can't figure it out. Their Trouble Shooter diagnosed it and said it was the fuel filter. Nope. I don't see how a fuel filter could cause the engine to backfire and loose power. That's too much fuel. I'm waiting to see if I'll get refunded for the labor. This "Good Deal" has turned out to be a nightmare.
The crew here is honest and friendly and I highly recommend this shop. Quality work and service at a fair price is their goal and they more than achieve that. If you’re looking for a place that won’t screw you around will fix your car, this is the spot! They saved me a ton of money from what the dealership quoted. Thank you!
