Completely unprofessional lack of after sales service. I had an issue after installation and they tried everything to get out of honouring warranty- including claiming that the warranty was not documented. No respectable builder would ever make that claim. I shall be passing my feedback to the insurance company so that they don’t use this unprofessional outfit again.

We hired Exterior Improvements for a siding and gutter project and paid $30,000 of a $36,000 job. Months later, the job was still unfinished, communication was inconsistent, and materials were misordered.
