As a result of a hail storm in 2024, our roof sustained major damage. Thanks to one of our neighbors for recommending Exterior Improvements, we have a beautiful new roof and gutters…we couldn’t be happier with the entire process and team from start to finish. Ken and Sharon were so easy to work with and were always accessible to answer any questions we had. The quality of the work and materials used were top notch. We wouldn’t hesitant recommending them to anyone in need of roofing work.

The company did a terrific job. From beginning to end they took the lead and managed all aspects of the work. Mitch and Ken were able to secure a settlement with the insurance company that was triple the initial offer. The quality of the roof itself was also excellent. And, just as important, the workers cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

We were blessed that exterior Improvements came to our rescue. After experiencing a hail storm, our roof was damaged. Exterior Improvements took care of everything from the insurance claim to meeting our adjuster. They submitted all the paperwork for us. They replaced our entire roof and gutters in just a few days. Their workmanship and material are impeccable. I recommend them to everyone and have.

We had a fantastic experience with Exterior Improvements. I was a little hesitant to have anybody address my roof as I have Solar Panels installed. Exterior Improvements subcontracted that out and it was off the day before and back on the day after. Having them coordinate this additional complication was a godsend.
