Our roof was also damaged by a serious hail storm in late May 2024. My husband and I hired Exterior upon the recommendation of family members. I first spoke on the phone with Sharon who put us in touch with Ken. They were both regularly accessible and answered any and all questions. When we were unsure about what color shingles to choose, Ken suggested we visit Exterior’s supplier in Rockland County. As a result of a hail storm in 2024, our roof sustained major damage. Thanks to one of our neighbors for recommending Exterior Improvements, we have a beautiful new roof and gutters…we couldn’t be happier with the entire process and team from start to finish. The company did a terrific job. From beginning to end they took the lead and managed all aspects of the work. Mitch and Ken were able to secure a settlement with the insurance company that was triple the initial offer. The quality of the roof itself was also excellent. And, just as important, the workers cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

We were blessed that exterior Improvements came to our rescue. After experiencing a hail storm, our roof was damaged. Exterior Improvements took care of everything from the insurance claim to meeting our adjuster. They submitted all the paperwork for us. They replaced our entire roof and gutters in just a few days. Their workmanship and material are impeccable. I recommend them to everyone and have.
