Our roof was also damaged by a serious hail storm in late May 2024. My husband and I hired Exterior upon the recommendation of family members. I first spoke on the phone with Sharon who put us in touch with Ken. They were both regularly accessible and answered any and all questions. When we were unsure about what color shingles to choose, Ken suggested we visit Exterior’s supplier in Rockland County. We had Jerseys windows replace our entire entryway. Door and side window. They were great. Knowledge, helpful in making suggestions and providing options. And prompt with a very good price. The workmen were courteous and very meticulous to get everything just right. Our new entryway looks even better that we had imagined it would. Highly recommend JERSEY WINDOWS PROS

As a result of a hail storm in 2024, our roof sustained major damage. Thanks to one of our neighbors for recommending Exterior Improvements, we have a beautiful new roof and gutters…we couldn’t be happier with the entire process and team from start to finish. Ken and Sharon were so easy to work with and were always accessible to answer any questions we had. The quality of the work and materials used were top notch. The company did a terrific job. From beginning to end they took the lead and managed all aspects of the work. Mitch and Ken were able to secure a settlement with the insurance company that was triple the initial offer. The quality of the roof itself was also excellent. And, just as important, the workers cleaned up everything at the end of the job. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
