We are travelling the US in our imported motorhome from the UK and needed to get our new handbrake cable fitted. We chose Fusion AUTO Works because of the reviews, and we are so glad we did! Eric has been there for 16 years and has a great team of mechanics. Even though the job turned out to be a bit tricky, he didn’t overcharge us by the hour, which was really thoughtful. While temporarily in the St. George area our 2013 Fiat 500 started smoking while pulling it behind our motorhome. Then it would not start! The good folks at Fusion Autoworks got us in quickly & diagnosed a very major engine problem that would require a complete engine overhaul/replacement. The Fusion Team searched for potential replacement engine but between parts & labor it was not cost effective to complete the necessary repair. McKenna was friendly and was amazing at communicating and keeping me updated on the progress of my Volvo repair. They also worked great with my warranty company. I was impressed with how quickly they got me in and fixed my vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys.
I just went to ask some questions and get some ideas about my 740il BMW, I actually spent about a hour talking with Eric about a bunch of ideas. It was a pleasure learning more about my car and what I need to do with my issues. Great place, comfortable atmosphere, so if needed some bigger repairs I definitely will go to Fuzion Autoworkers!!!
We dropped off our 79 VW Bus that had electrical issues. One day later they had it diagnosed and repaired! Not only great service, but really good people to just talk cars to. Kudos you guys! You have a new customer!
