Hired i-Con Construction to replace a residential rubber flat roof after reviewing several bids. They were super helpful during the quote, scheduling, and repair processes. From the removal of the existing materials, repairs, installation of the new roof, and reflashing of the chimney, everything was exceptional and for a competitive price. Would highly recommend!
Peter & the team were great to work with. I needed a roof & chimney flashing repair on short notice. Peter made it out same day to take a look and get me a quote for two different options, and was able to get the work done the same week I signed the contract - and as I was traveling he sent photo updates throughout! I found them to be very easy to communicate with, trustworthy, quick, and overall they did a good job for a fair price. I will definitely call them up again for future needs!

Ralph and Peter were wonderful to deal with. We had a different company initially come in but to make along story short we had a need to change after the tarp they placed on the roof leaked through our ceiling (due to the multiple holes and inability to place the tarp correctly by the first contractor.
