Hired i-Con Construction to replace a residential rubber flat roof after reviewing several bids. They were super helpful during the quote, scheduling, and repair processes. From the removal of the existing materials, repairs, installation of the new roof, and reflashing of the chimney, everything was exceptional and for a competitive price. Would highly recommend!

I-Con did extensive amount of work on our house. Starting with replacing a roof that should have been replaced 10 years ago. Peter and Ralph were exceptionally responsive to getting us our quotes and scheduling the roofing job in a very short time frame. The roofing job was done on-time and on-budget, to a high level of quality, including clean up of all debris. i-Con Construction exceeded my expectations with professionalism, quality of work and communication! Peter and Ralph were excellent to work with and I will absolutely use them for any future home improvement project!
Ralph and Peter were wonderful to deal with. We had a different company initially come in but to make along story short we had a need to change after the tarp they placed on the roof leaked through our ceiling (due to the multiple holes and inability to place the tarp correctly by the first contractor.
