Very professional and efficient! They did an excellent job, professional, fast, and reliable. They completed the work in minimal time without cutting any corners. The area was always kept clean, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Ralph always provided pictures and kept us informed every step of the way. He was always available and was true to his word. Highly recommend them.
I can't recomment this company enough. The owners are professional, friendly, and efficient!! The crew that they had working on our roof was stellar!! I am beyond happy with the results and would highly highly recomment i-Con construction and plan to have them continue to help me with work on my house. From price to finished product this is the company you want working on your house.
Hired i-Con Construction to replace a residential rubber flat roof after reviewing several bids. They were super helpful during the quote, scheduling, and repair processes. From the removal of the existing materials, repairs, installation of the new roof, and reflashing of the chimney, everything was exceptional and for a competitive price. Would highly recommend!
Ralph and Peter were wonderful to deal with. We had a different company initially come in but to make along story short we had a need to change after the tarp they placed on the roof leaked through our ceiling (due to the multiple holes and inability to place the tarp correctly by the first contractor.
