I purchased a 2013 Volvo XC 60 last year from a crook dealer in Motor City.(BP) They promised they would do all repairs for 90 days. The other dealer did nothing. I took my car to Import Specialty Auto and they have always repaired my cars perfect and they loan me a car to use. Erick usually sets everything up and the really fix it and don't charge too much. Took my VW in to be diagnosed after it would not accelerate. They originally told me it was the turbo, so I had it replaced. Same issue. Took it back in. They then said it was my engine management component and quoted me a little over $700 to replace it. When the car was picked up, they charged over $300 more than the original quote even though it was finished earlier than expected.
