Pretty good place , been with them for awhile now and I appreciate that they don’t try to force me to get things done. They tell me what I need to be doing and give me a quote and that’s it. They don’t pressure me, they don’t take apart my car and bring out each thing that should be added on to my bill. They also found a problem that another company did and it explained why I was leaking a ton of oil. So overall 10/10 everyone’s really nice there. Like zero complaints from me . Prices seem very fair too
My partner and I had to drive from North Carolina to Alaska and before we had even left Illinois our window regulator on our Dodge Grand Caravan broke and the passenger side window became stuck in the door. Desperately needed help with our brand new used car and being new to area we didn’t know where to go for a good mechanic and oh my gosh did we pick the right place! The whole staff we interacted with were amazing! We’re definitely going to bring our newer new used car here next to check it out lol
Excellent first time using Integrity. (Complete rear brake replacement) ESPECIALLY love the communication piece, friendly people and professional. We have an audi, so it won't be long until we need to take it in for something else, I'll update then.
John showed up very quickly when my car needed towing. He was was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk with and efficient! Overall great experience for having to have a car towed.
