Lee and the entire crew were wonderful to me! I called on a Friday morning at 830 am because all Rockford shops were booked out and my suv was dangerous on the road. Lee let me come in right away. He found payment plan options for me and had me back on the road in a few hours. I won’t go anywhere else. It’s well worth the drive to see the crew at Integrity!

Our engine cover came unhinged traveling on the expressway. We were about 2 miles away and drove here. They removed the piece and we were on our way within 10 minutes. The waiting area was so nice along with both staff members we encountered. Thank you so much for your help!!! It was truly a blessing that it happened where it did and we made it here!!!

This is the place to repair your car. Very friendly owners that care about fixing your car properly. Very reasonable prices and they go out of the way for you. Thank you for getting my car fixed properly and in a timely manner.

My experience with Integrity has been excellent. My husband and I moved to Belvidere over a year ago and recently ran into multiple car issues. The first mechanic we brought my car to did not find the major problem that integrity ended up finding and they fixed it right away. They’re efficient with their work and completely honest.
