If you are looking for honest and reliable then this is the place for you. Broke down in the middle of a snow storm, these guys towed us within 20 minutes and replaced our starter all in about 2 hours and that was with having to wait for the part to be delivered. The mechanic stayed after he was supposed to be done for the day just to help us out. Every single person who worked here was great. Fair prices and honest. Just moved to the Lacey, WA area and was referred this shop by a close friend. Services they performed were outstanding - surely the 1-shop I will trust with my vehicle moving forward. So glad I found them!
The guys here helped me out when my car wouldn't start and I would have been stranded in the cold if they didn't quickly diagnose and fix the problem in my car. They were kind and seemed (at least a bit) concerned for my well-being too. Also gave me a cool pen.
Have took several of my vehicles to Robert over the years. I like how he gives it to you straight and yes, it's a business so he needs to make money. I've sent several people here because it's a business I trust and locally owned!
