AC went out in Nevada made it delivery in LA driving mostly at night. Company found OC Fleet Services and was assured they’ll solve the problem. They fixed it and it could’ve taken days waiting for a part but, they found a way to get me back on the road. Great service.
Fixed some show production trailers while we were in the middle of an event, so that we could save time on move out. Excellent service, fair price, amazing response time. We weren’t sure anyone would even be able to help us “on site”! Thanks!!
Darren was most helpful. When we thought it was a serpentine belt replacement he spoke with driver before going out- coached him thru troubleshooting to learn the compressor had froze up causing the belt to fail. Took care of everything including getting us an upgrade on parts after the dealer provided a defective one. Handled everything and stayed within estimate at the same time. We will definitely call him again when in need! B&R Reliable Transportation.
Came into OCFS with a derate on my truck. Friendly, professional, timely service. Very fair pricing on top. Can’t ask for much more than they did. Time is money and I was only down for an afternoon thanks to them. Will bring my equipment back anytime. Highly recommend.
