I had an alignment scheduled here in July 2025 and made it clear when dropping my car off that I needed it back by Friday for a vacation that weekend. Although they assured me it would be done, I didn’t hear from them the next day and had to call myself. Only then was I told that a bolt had broken due to rust, requiring it to be torched off and the control arms replaced. I was also told the other side would likely fail too. Andy, thanks for the great service. I went back through our auto files and noted the 2 filters were changed 3000 miles ago so they should be good. As for the needed alignment I’m going back to Fields. Under a recall they replaced the rear suspension frame. In doing so they told me that a full alignment was done. Appears they only did the rear wheels. Best regards

Brought my truck in for a vibration issue and the guys at Precision were able to diagnose it quickly and was spot on. Not only that, but they found a coolant leak as well that was coming from the water pump and got me fixed up so it doesn’t cause a bigger issue down the road. From the minute I made the phone call to Precision to when I walked through the door, I received nothing less than 10/10 professionalism and kindness. I received a card from a friend for a free oil change. So I made an appointment and waited on site for it to be completed. Tyler in the front office was extremely friendly and helpful. My oil change was done within 45 mins to an hour. They did a detailed look at my car and sent me a like with a detailed report complete with pictures. I was able to also get an estimate for those needed repairs. Can't say enough amazing things about Tyler and the Precision International team!
