I just have to share my experience with this place recently. We have had some major stressful things happen with our vehicle lately. I had an urgent matter and We called a few places and PI was available that same day, within a few hours and I’m so glad it was. All we had actually done here was a diagnostic inspection. I had an alignment scheduled here in July 2025 and made it clear when dropping my car off that I needed it back by Friday for a vacation that weekend. Although they assured me it would be done, I didn’t hear from them the next day and had to call myself. Only then was I told that a bolt had broken due to rust, requiring it to be torched off and the control arms replaced. I was also told the other side would likely fail too. Andy, thanks for the great service. I went back through our auto files and noted the 2 filters were changed 3000 miles ago so they should be good. As for the needed alignment I’m going back to Fields. Under a recall they replaced the rear suspension frame. In doing so they told me that a full alignment was done. Appears they only did the rear wheels. Best regards

Brought my truck in for a vibration issue and the guys at Precision were able to diagnose it quickly and was spot on. Not only that, but they found a coolant leak as well that was coming from the water pump and got me fixed up so it doesn’t cause a bigger issue down the road. From the minute I made the phone call to Precision to when I walked through the door, I received nothing less than 10/10 professionalism and kindness.
