Everything from customer service to excellence in the work Alex and his team of mechanics. I broke down in Idaho Red line transmission not only got my vehicle fixed very quickly because they knew I was there on vacation . They explained all that was wrong and got all parts in ahead of schedule. My vehicle actually is in better mechanical condition after Red line transmission worked on it than before. I came to Alex with my ole' pickup and some issues to say the least. I thought my transmission had finally died on me. He jumped into the driver's seat and felt the issue out with a pro touch, putting my heart at ease with a much lesser issue. Within a day I was shifting gears in what felt like a new pickup minus the broken windshield, torn seat, and crinkled tint job. It appears I have some life left in my ole' beloved after all. Alex and his crew were on it. The Allison broke while we were on the road and was poring out fluid. We limped it into red line and they worked overtime to get us back on the road in record time.

Well, a good start would be replacing the transmission mount on a custom install when you have the vehicle in the shop for a week and the part is readily available and IN STOCK at the local NAPA.
