After spending over 11k on front end and suspension work on my truck I was highly disappointed on the workmanship that was given to my truck. I received a call that my truck was ready and went to pay the bill and drove the truck home. I noticed the alignment was off. Once home I inspected the work that was performed and couldn’t believe it. The steering dampener was installed wrong which tore the steering dampener boot. Santin Truck repair has been a blessing for me in getting a qualified and certified Spartin chassis repair facility for my Newmar Essex coach. They helped me with road calls with issues. They have serviced my coach doing preventative maintenance. I have had paint touch work done and they did an excellent job. Had to take it back to have a little touch up fixed. No issue. My class A motor home has a spartan chassis. My smart wheel was not responding to the cruise control,tilt,or wipers. They found the problem ordered the parts next day air. they allowed me to stay in their parking lot over nite. Parts were in the next day and installed and I was on my way. Big shout out to Abraham the service manager and to Mario the service tech. This all happened on December 8th, of 2025.
So they fixed alternator issue $1700. Had to have son help his mamma. Then 2 days later it started over heating now I understand totally that those are 2 different components that make my car run. But not even 48 hours later my car messes up. Then I had them pick it up Thanks by the way. And they came back with it’s a whole new issue and it’ll cost $3400 around that.
