We had an emergency while traveling into TX in our RV and Spartan Chassis referred us to Santin. DEF head failure… ugh! David answered our call and was very helpful in getting us in right away and orchestrating the repairs with the Spartan warranty and shop personnel. Parts were overnighted and work completing quickly. We had a mixup with Spartan missing a minor part in the overnight shipment and we had to continue our trip. After spending over 11k on front end and suspension work on my truck I was highly disappointed on the workmanship that was given to my truck. I received a call that my truck was ready and went to pay the bill and drove the truck home. I noticed the alignment was off. Once home I inspected the work that was performed and couldn’t believe it. The steering dampener was installed wrong which tore the steering dampener boot. I’ve taken my RV in for service/repairs twice now and have received excellent service both times. Abraham (service advisor) was very helpful and thorough in explaining pricing, when the jobs would be completed, and future work that may need to be addressed. All of the work was done in a timely manner and I felt that the technician (Mario) was very knowledgeable and explained all of the work that was completed. Came in to see if they could repair a self induced damage to my RV. They repaired and welded the tailpipe along with installing new hangers. Customer service was great. They called me to give me the estimate prior to repair and asked if it was ok. Not many RV places to go to so I would recommend if you have one to go on by and ask for help.
Santin Truck repair has been a blessing for me in getting a qualified and certified Spartin chassis repair facility for my Newmar Essex coach. They helped me with road calls with issues. They have serviced my coach doing preventative maintenance. I have had paint touch work done and they did an excellent job. Had to take it back to have a little touch up fixed. No issue.
