I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. There was a consistent lack of honesty, with constantly shifting explanations and excuses whenever issues were raised. What was originally quoted and represented as a 40-hour repair turned into a 5-month project, with no clear accountability for the delays. I stopped by on the way. I had an X15 engine that needed urgent repair, and it was done right away. It was done at a very reasonable price. David in the office is a very nice guy. May God bless people like him. Thank you. I definitely recommend you.
Crooks! Had a turbo go out on me. Along with some other issues. At first they sounded good, like they were going to help. Once I got truck to them the price they quoted me was ridiculous! Tried to charge me 4500 just for the turbo alone. When I found one for 1600 they refused to use it. Said they had to use their dealers. Ended up getting all the work done for half the price at Phoenix truck and trailer repair. They cost me time and money. Ridiculous how these kind of people try to get over on truckers. DO NOT GO HERE!
In shop 2 weeks ago. In for wiring harness issues. 3 days doing diagnostics. Finally figured out the problem. Wiring harness was installed. Damaged the plug when installing. Broke locks installing into plug for cpc. A week later in shop in Kingman, Arizona getting harness replaced. Was told at S&K after harness was installed, there was no warranty on the wiring harness only 1 year labor. Total cost from S&K $5600 plus $750 for motel for 6 nights and loss revenue.
These guys were so helpful and knowledgeable! My Truck was throwing codes and they immediately took me in and scanned it. They gave me the good news that all it needed was a Transmission service. I asked them how much their Transmission service was and it was $200 cheaper than the other shop. These are my new go to Diesel Mechanics
