Michael took good care of me in regards to communication because I had brought my daughter's car in there. Thought it might be a transmission issue. Turns out it was a catalytic converter. A lot cheaper to replace so these guys know their business and very communicative. Thanks again!
Always super clear with recommendations and fair pricing. When I bring in a vehicle I know it is good to go when I leave the shop. The work is thorough and quality parts are used. I would highly recommend giving Spectrum a try if you haven’t done so already.
I brought in my son's 21 yr old Saturn as the AC was not blowing cold and Spectrum quoted me a very reasonable diagnostic rate (sub $50). I was cautiously optimistic it could be fixed for a nominal cost and they did not disappoint! They added Freon, replaced a valve and checked for leaks and were done in a couple hours for under $200!
