I always have a good experience at Spectrum. They are real good at letting me know exactly what issues there are (if any) with the vehicle, and all options for repair and if it is a priority or can be done at a later date. Communication is excellent, friendly, and much appreciated!
We've been taking 3 of our cars to Michael at Spectrum for 5yrs and have always had a great experience. Michael goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Quick turnaround times, fair prices, and always solid communication. If you're looking for a new shop for your car give them a chance.
Hands down the best car shop in Gilbert!! Great customer service, communication and quality. Also the prices are way less than the dealership and other shops in the area. Me being a woman, they have never tried to fast talk me nor offer any repairs that are unnecessary. They have saved me well over $1000. We now take all our cars here! I was looking for a place to take my vehicle for routine maintenance and stumbled upon Spectrum. I initially went in for an oil change but quickly learned that my truck had a leaking water pump. The guys in the front office were great! Super friendly, and thoroughly explained the issue, that it had been leaking for quite some time and why it needed attention asap. Very knowledgeable staff of mechanics and they share their expertise of information with me about the details. Friendly and professional, I recommend this car care company to the community. I’m new to Texas & went to several different mechanics in the area, they were the best rate & had my car ready the same day. I was also offered a shuttle ride. Thank you !
