My car was parked in Lancaster, unable to travel the rest of the way home. It sat for 24 hours while I tried to figure out what to do. My insurance linked me up with Speedys towing and I had the absolute best experience, given the circumstances. Muhammad drove from Columbus to Lancaster, loaded up and drove another 40-50 minutes to my home in Athens County. He kept me up to date with a few phone calls which was so appreciated. I just got my car towed 12/24/25. They were fast but the driver was rude. I was asking him questions and he responded yea like he didn't understand me. My son was like I know you hear her asking a question. It was an awkward 13 minute ride to my house. As soon as we got to my house I felt rushed and nervous when I was trying to pay. I never encountered a tow driver like that and I have dealt with a lot.Theyre usually friendly and respectful.
Left my car keys locked in my car. They were able to come out in about 30 min. Unfortunately I had trouble getting them through the security gate at my workplace and luckily they didn't leave after having waited about 20-30 min. Much appreciated. Getting my car unlocked was quick and easy, cost 130$. I didn't get quotes from multiple places so if that's a fair price I don't know you can make that decision for yourselves. Ive used there tow service twice now. Its way easier than renting a car trailer for moving vehicles. You just tell them the keys are in the vehicles and they do the rest. And the prices are reasonable ill pay there bill any day before I rent a trailer and try to wrestle a vehicles onto it.
