Everything went perfect! They dropped off my car at the dealership and turned in the keys to the service department like I had asked! They even took pictures! Highly Recommend!
I've used Speedy Towing 4-5 times now and every time I'm always so pleased with how professional and kind they always are. No matter if I'm on the phone or speaking with a driver they are the kindest most patient people I have had the pleasure of working with. Within an hour, Speedy Towing was able to more than other tow companies were able to do for me over three days of "trying". Hands down the best service and communications I've ever had with a tow service. Highly recommended to do it quickly, correctly and professionally. Wish I could give 10 stars. Fair pricing, communicative, very friendly, and top hand customer service. Hope to never need their services again, but if I'm out here in Columbus under the same circumstances I definitely will go out of my way for Speedy Towing as they have done for me. 🤙🏼
15 Stars should be appropriate. Greatest tow company I've ever had. The customer service was exceptional. They have many methods of accepting payments which made this very convenient. Also, Hussein is outstanding. He arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule, he effortlessly hooked up my wife's jeep, and delivered the vehicle without any damage as well as being very efficient. Thank you Speedy Towing. I will only rely on you guys from now on.
