Brought my Range Rover in for a wheel alignment. They could not get it to spec, and I left with a steering wheel that sat noticeably crooked to the right. So my husband goes in to inquire about servicing our Range Rover. There is a guy working there who just stares at him when entering. No hello or how may I help you. My husband asks the employee do you work here and he shrugs. Then he turns to a desk where I am assuming the manager is sitting who happens to be on the phone. I have been going to rover doctor for almost 8 years now. Ownership has changed but quality of service remained same. After all these years, now I just trust that they are going to do correct fixes to my landrover, thanks.
Frank the owner, is an honest and trustworthy businessman. We ran into a small mishap that was in no way his fault, but he unfortunately ended up dealing with the short end of it. Despite that, he handled the situation in the best way possible. Communication was excellent, and the turnaround time was very fast. He’s definitely earned me as a returning customer, and I highly recommend his shop to others!
Late reply but fixed my Audi up well after someone backed into me. Was professional, outlined what would be repaired, and finished it quickly. The service provided was good.
