I contacted Ethan via Facebook right before a hurricane came. He was quick to respond to me to figure out if our tree needed to come down right away or if it was healthy. After seeing pictures, he decided it was worth coming and came the next day. He was timely, thorough, professional, communicative, and his team who was there were just the same! I had a great experience working with Ethan. He came and talked about my property and what needed to be done to get my trees in good shape and I ended up having him completely redo my back yard as well. He quoted everything and was able to stay in budget in a timely manner. He was very courteous and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as I’ll be using him in the future myself.
From the point of first Contact Ethan was great! he answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns and after having 6 tree company's out for estimates and we chose True Outdoors. I've had True Landscape and Trees do tree work on my property multiple times. They even came out for an emergency job following Irma. All I can say is that there are A LOT of tree and landscape options in Central Florida, but none of them will treat your yard with the respect and care that Ethan and team will! We hired Ethan and his crew to remove a huge Florida Holly from our back yard. They were right on time, did an awesome job and cleaned up so well you’d hardly know they had been there. Very professional and hard working young men.
