I’m not sure I would recommend bringing your car to this establishment. I was having a lot of problems with my car, which all I got fixed here. I’ve given them a lot of my hard earned money, and they treated me kindly as long as that was the case. I sent my car there to get a diagnostic test, and decided not to get it fixed again because the car wasn’t worth the cost of the repairs. I struggled to find a reliable shop for my Mercedes Benz. I wanted to make sure I could bring my car somewhere that I wouldn’t have to return to every three months or feel like I was getting ripped off like at the last shop I went to. I’m traveling cross country and my CarPlay was not working. I decided to stop in at uptown imports since they service Volvos. Without a appointment,John was more than accommodating in coming out and looking at my problem. He figured it out quickly, which was a big help to me. I highly recommend Uptown Imports for whatever your car’s issue might be!!

My favorite new shop. A local shop had my car for a month then said they can't work on it. Then the dealership wanted 6k$ to fix the wrong parts. These guys figured it out for a fraction of the cost and got it done in 2 days. Dana and John were super friendly, called me often with updates.

My car completely broke down on the side of the road with a bad alternator & Uptown Imports saved the day. Even though it was well past closing AND the day before a holiday John, the owner, was leaving as my tow truck pulled in and he re-opened his garage for me to bring my car in (as it was not drivable). This customer service only adds to the other great experiences I've had at Uptown in the last couple years.
