I’m not sure I would recommend bringing your car to this establishment. I was having a lot of problems with my car, which all I got fixed here. I’ve given them a lot of my hard earned money, and they treated me kindly as long as that was the case. I sent my car there to get a diagnostic test, and decided not to get it fixed again because the car wasn’t worth the cost of the repairs. My car completely broke down on the side of the road with a bad alternator & Uptown Imports saved the day. Even though it was well past closing AND the day before a holiday John, the owner, was leaving as my tow truck pulled in and he re-opened his garage for me to bring my car in (as it was not drivable). Brought my Q5 here to get my breaks serviced after receiving feedback from a Jiffy Lube that my break pads were a hazard and needed to be replaced. Turns out they didn't. Thank you to Dana, for being honest & so understanding. Definitely will be bringing my car here when I actually need to have my car serviced. It's hard to find reliable and trustworthy businesses, Uptown Imports is one of the few left!
A lovely shop with friendly staff and very conversational. I appreciated the time that mechanic Clayton took to discuss further vehicle care and maintenance. I've found my local go-to shop for sure!
I brought my newly purchased (used) truck in for a second opinion after dealership recommended a $2400 repair. Their after hours drop off was very convenient and secured. Dana called me the following afternoon to discuss repairs and did confirm work needed to be done. I appreciated the thorough explanation (dealership did not explain much just said here’s what needs to be replaced with price).
