I highly recommend Uptown Imports. They were able to diagnose a number of faults that needed to be addressed to get my car running correctly. This required a level of experience that many shops weren’t able to offer. They went above and beyond to keep me informed and to find the necessary and quality parts for my Saab 9.5
Had to use them two times in less than six months. More of the vehicle, and even my (driver’s) fault, but there service was done efficiently, and as cost effective as can be. The second time I brought my car in was more of a random recurrence, so they didn’t have a rental and other services available like when I brought it in the first time. The mechanic, and maintenance could possible be slightly better, even though they get 4⭐️.
They were wonderful at Uptown Imports. I brought both my cars in to be inspected to see which one I wanted to sell and which I wanted to keep. Clayton gave them a thorough going over and spent a nice amount of time with me, explaining the situations and making recommendations. Very nice place with nice people. Highly recommend.
This is an excellent repair shop. John and Dana do a great job scheduling and communicating. They give you a quote and stick to it. If they find other problems they always communicate what they found and what your options are for resolving them. Outstanding service!
Our VW Touareg had rodent damage late this summer. We ended up having to replace the headliner and having numerous wires repaired. It turned out the replacement headliner had to be ordered from Europe, as it was the only one left in the world as the car is no longer being produced! Both John and Dana kept us in the loop with the repairs and progress on our car. I would not hesitate to have any repair work done at Uptown Imports. They do a great job!
