Had an emergency situation with a tree that fell during last week's windstorm and they responded incredibly fast, came out that same afternoon, and cleared everything safely before dark without charging emergency rates or taking advantage of the situation at all

Walter's knowledge about trees is impressive and he identified which species I had and explained the specific issues with each one and gave recommendations for long term tree health on the ones we kept which was educational and helpful for me as a homeowner trying to maintain my landscape properly going forward

The cleanup was incredibly thorough and they used blowers to clear all the sawdust and small debris from my driveway and walkways and even cleaned debris from my neighbor's yard that had blown over during the work which was considerate and shows they care about doing the complete job properly without cutting corners anywhere

My property has much better air circulation now with the overgrown trees thinned out properly and my lawn is healthier with more sunlight reaching the grass and I've noticed fewer mosquitos as well because there's less dense shade and standing moisture in the landscaping which is an unexpected but welcome benefit

Kathy was helpful coordinating the schedule around my work commitments and they were flexible when I needed to reschedule once due to a family emergency and they didn't charge any rescheduling fee which showed understanding and good customer service that you don't always get from service companies these days unfortunately
