The lady at the counter named Ashley was nice but I didn’t appreciate, frankly, being charged $88.87 just for looking at my car. I felt that was too much considering it didn’t resolve the issue other than eliminating it was my transmission.
Paid for complete CVT transmission that was not done right and two times they never told me that on the transmission pan said DO NOT SERVICE RIGHT ON THE TRANSMISSION they said they changed the filter and fluid but all they did was drain 3 qt and put in three twice that is not a flush right after the second service the transmission sent a code low pump pressure took it right back next day they cleared the code and said drive it this weekend and if it dose it again come in Monday morning. I've had 2 cars repaired here. Both cars the transmissions were acting up but another shop couldn't diagnose it. The technicians here are knowledgeable and kind, it's all around a great team.
Was the first shop that actually helped solve my multi-months long hunt for the source of a horrendously loud noise coming from the front of my car. Adam and the staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything about why the passenger wheel bearing could be the cause of resonant sound coming from the driver-side. I ordered and installed the bearing and it solved 100% of my road noise and vibration issues. Happy with transmission I purchased, Andy the service manager needs to learn how to speak to customers on the phone and in person. Was told the day the transmission would arrive they would install it the same day and it would be done by that evening. When I called about truck he tells me no one told me that! In a very demeaning tone of voice and said it takes 3 days to install a transmission! Lady behind the counter super nice!
