If I could give them more than five stars, I would because Justin and the guys at this location were absolutely amazing. I brought my car in to get the transmission replaced. They dealt with my Warranty company and were able to get everything handled in a very timely manner. I generally don’t get off work until between 4 and 430 so a couple times I was making it to the shop just before 5 when they close and I never felt rushed and they answered all my questions. Outstanding service. Kept me informed throughout the process. Military and cash payment discounts that many others do not offer. You need a thorough and complete repair or just a look see, this is the place to put your trust and your vehicle in their hands.

These guys did a great job on my transmission. If I needed work done again, I would go in a minute. I didn’t give them 5 stars bc the owners need to give their guys the right tools to do the job. The manager took 20 minutes to check me out bc they have 2 computers that are dinosaurs. Waste of his time and mine.

We brought my daughter's Jeep Liberty to Waterloo Transmission because her transmission needed replaced. Justin and his crew did a fantastic job on her Jeep! They were able to locate another transmission and install it a reasonable amount of time. They were very professional, explained everything and friendly. I definitely recommend this shop to all my family and friends!

Justin and his team did an awesome job for us. After driving from Sebastian, fl to Canton, our transmission went out . In less than 4 days they had diagnosed the problem, ordered in a new transmission, and had it installed. We were able to leave on schedule for home. Thanks again to Justin and his team for a great job.
