Justin and his team did an awesome job for us. After driving from Sebastian, fl to Canton, our transmission went out . In less than 4 days they had diagnosed the problem, ordered in a new transmission, and had it installed. We were able to leave on schedule for home. Thanks again to Justin and his team for a great job.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I called numerous shops trying to get my daughter’s 2010 VW fixed, and everyone either refused to work on it or made it seem like a huge hassle. Waterloo Transmission, on the other hand, had no problem taking it in and getting the job done quickly and professionally. These guys did a great job on my transmission. If I needed work done again, I would go in a minute. I didn’t give them 5 stars bc the owners need to give their guys the right tools to do the job. The manager took 20 minutes to check me out bc they have 2 computers that are dinosaurs. Waste of his time and mine.
