I took my 2010 Ford Explorer XLT at the Dover location back in April because my transmission was having issues after 1 month of being installed. I was getting a yellow wrench icon on the instrument cluster and experiencing a jerk between the 3rd and 4th gear. This occurred when the transmission was hot while driving. Great company who takes care of their customers, we had a mishap and an accident happen, the process wasn't the simplest but Jessica who handles all it stayed actively in touch and very patient throughout the entire time. I will recommend to any friends and family. I'm happy we got it figured out thanks to you and thanks to Jeremy as well!

I’ve taken two vehicles to this shop thinking it was a transmission problem and it would be a huge cost to address. Fortunately in each case it was a simple fix. I trust this shop 100% and would highly recommend them based on their integrity.
