I purchased a solar system from West Coast Solar in Brentwood CA. I have a solar panel that is under warranty and West Coast Solar has refused to honor the warranty contract I have with them to fix/replace the panels and will not respond back to multiple service requests and have now said to have my attorney contact them. Overall, we’re satisfied with the final solar system—23 REC panels and two Powerwall 3 batteries, and we’ve seen a dramatic drop in our PG&E bill, from $670 to under $100 a month. Darren was straightforward, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with, and the installation team was professional and efficient. Working with WCS has been an absolute nightmare. I wish I would've gone with any other solar company. A really good friend and fellow business owner recommended WCS because his friend was one of their sales people. He's a really good sales man, as he sold us on going with WCS instead of the company I had originally wanted to go with. Working with West Coast Solar was a breeze. I was a referral customer and worked with Ryan. Did a lot of comparison shopping and West Coast was the best no hard sell. Installation was clean and looks great. I highly recommend them for your solar project. System produces what was calculated
