I went to Cruz n Carz yesterday for an oil change. Ricky booked my appointment in advance and Demetrius greeted me with a smile. They did a courtesy 30 point inspection after my oil change and informed me of maintenance issues I should consider addressing in the future. I had been hearing a lot of good things about Cruz N Cars and when my daughter’s radiator started leaking, I decided to have it towed here. Not only did they get back to me the same day (Giovani is who helped us), they had it totally fixed by first thing the next morning. Will definitely be bringing her car back for some more items that need work, as well as my own car. The service was top notch. I’m not sure about pricing, but it was worth every penny to get straight to the point, no nonsense service!
I can’t really find the words to speak of how truly special this place is. My most recent experience with them was fantastic. Honest, trustworthy, responsive, on top of being skilled mechanics. 100% recommend Cruz n Carz.
This team is awesome, during these difficult economic times there has been a massive increase in catalytic converter (cat con) thefts. I was recently victimized at a hotel in the Austin area. This crime is rampant due to the high price of the metals and only takes a couple of minutes. After calling around Toyota was backlogged for six months for a replacement and other shops had very long wait times.
