They went above and beyond. It's not often that you find a mechanic that will give it to you straight, not try to up sell, or nickle and dime you. Ricky communicated everything well and let me know what would be the best recommendation given the age of my car. Pricing was reasonable and very competitive. If discerned him to be honest and very knowledgeable. His explanation of the services was understandable in layman's language. My car is running great!

Took a vehicle to Cruz N Carz, and in less than two hours it was ready to be picked up! What I thought may be a several hundred dollar job, turned out to be very minor. Many garages would have got me for all they could, but Ricky's honesty and integrity really stood out! He definitely gained a new customer today!!

I brought in a 2002 suburban that was leaking oil very badly. Dropped it off on a Friday and Ricky diagnosed the rear main seal as leaking the very next day. I gave him an approval to repair the leak and it was finished by Tuesday afternoon. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price and was prompt with his repairs. Called and texted me throughout the short process and I am very satisfied. That was two weeks ago and the leak is fixed.
