RecommendedI was working on an exceptionally tight budget and very short window of time. I was able call, book an appointment with Jamie. David, the manager, called me first thing in the morning of verify the rates. To ensure that everything could be done in the amount of time I need to meet my budget, he even kicked in an extra mover! Warmest and sincerest thanks to the amazing company for making this move happen quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier and would recommend them to anyone!
Spent over $10, 000 on moving and storage . When furniture was returned from storage, a mirror stand was broken( I paid $400 for the mirror from the House of Denmark) They tried to glue it together, stripped the screw holders, the mirror fell in it’s face when I moved it from where it was set; Charles, the owner tells me That’s their policy; No paper work I received stated that; and no one called to inform me or my husband that it was broken and an attempt at repair had been made(dismal failure)! 2 days ago I filled out an online quote request and never heard back from anyone. So today I called and was left on hold for almost 6 minutes before I finally hung up. Terrible service, and I didn't even have a chance to TALK to anyone about the possibility of booking a move. Never mind.
The worst customer service in the industry. We used them for the move out to storage, but not the move back. Apparently, they were offended that we didn't use them for the move back. They broke items during the move out and wouldn't take responsibility. Do not recommend them at all.
Movers an hour late, truck too small, not enough help. Charged 2x the estimated cost. Not a happy customer. Won't be using them again.
