A really great company to work with, no one else compares. I just think Dixie Auto Body is really great in terms of their customer service. I had gone to them on two different occasions to get my car repaired. The last time, I noticed a mark on the other side of the car that I could have sworn was not there before. I brought it back and they took it in, no problem. They fixed it, no questions asked. It was great.
They did a good job. Dixie Auto Body & Towing replaced the bumper on my truck after a rear-end crash. I went to them because they were recommended by Allstate. The job was completed in one day and they even washed my truck, which was nice.
Great communication, made my car feel brand new Really excellent people at Dixie Auto Body & Towing. There was a lot of work that needed to be done on my car and All State had recommended them. They called weekly to give an update on my car, they answered all my questions, and when I drove it home it was perfect.
Taking our car to Dixie was the best thing we could've done. We were in an accident where we were rear ended in our Mercedes. Dixie Auto Body replaced the whole back of our car and they did a beautiful job. It looks like a new car. They did a good job of cleaning everything, and even cleaned the insides. They've very nice people and we're very pleased with their work.
They were awesome. The car looks like it did when I bought it. Someone backed into my vehicle and did a pretty sizable amount of damage. Someone from my office recommended Dixie and they had a lifetime guarantee on their paint so I decided to check them out. I went in and the whole process was awesome. They took care of all the paperwork and didn't miss a thing. The car looks great.
