During the April storms I contacted them cause they were the first to answer the phone. My neighbors tree company had already done half the work but a good portion of the tree that fell on our house was still on the ground and on our house a little. No upfront quote then they tried to get $20,000 from our insurance company. No stump removal, left our yard torn up from their equipment.
