RecommendedI brought my chevy traverse in for a new full brake system. Rotors and pads and boosters. The team at Falls Town were incredible! Fixed up my baby. And in a timely manner. She doesn’t squeak anymore and stops on a dime. We even went to Dallas the next day and really tested her out in Dallas traffic. She worked like a dream. We will recommend them to everyone for sure. And keep them in mind for possible future business. They even gave us cookies ♥️

Very pleased! Called shop for first time late afternoon was told to bring my car in the next morning. I thought one of my windows had jumped the track because I could hear motor run but it wouldn’t roll up. Actually it turned out to be a motor (or actuator, not sure). He replaced the part & fixed a faulty sun visor. He had my car ready in 90 minutes! I thought the price was very reasonable @ $195. Excellent customer service & the cookies 🍪 YUMMY!

They were so courteous and concerned. I went in thinking I would make an appt. to come back, but they fixed my car right then. They did a great job and did not overcharge me. Believe this ladies, if you have always thought mechanics would take advantage of you because you are a woman, it won't happen at Falls Town Auto!

It has been a few months since, but we have taken two vehicles to Falls Town to be worked on and both times we were completely satisfied. They were quick and to the point about the issues and got them fixed in no time! Would definitely recommend!
