RecommendedMark and his staff really care about both the car service and customer satisfaction. They back the work and go all out to make sure the customer is happy. I know I will be seeing these folks again.
Failed on rear brake pads...on 70k mile Honda accord, went and measured myself. One pad was close but definitely not failing...manager said its the way he sees it... I said I'm using your gauge, he literally remeasured while I was out in my car fuming, and said o I measured the wrong spot, this part is failing, once again near the line but not on it.....I shouldn't have been failed, maybe would have failed next time but he's to stubborn and ignorant to admit that.
