I do not recommend this company... They charge me $200 per hour from port to port, which is super expensive compared to other towing companies, I found out later, never the less they charge me over $600 dollars for a 8.7 mile tow....They gave me all the text book excuses on why it took so long to complete the job... From there port to my vehicle was 11 miles, then it took them another hour to tow my vehicle 8.7 miles, then I guess they took another hour to get back to the port which was 5 miles from where they dropped off my... read more

I thought the circus closed down Wait a minute they just changed there name to mellennium towing & recovery. An instead of a ring master running they have a clown running it!!!!!!

yesterday my brother called his roadside assistance company and was told that there would be 120 minute wait. he said ok and 4 hours later and several calls to the insurance they kept saying 20 min 20 min 20 min and I call ed the towing company directly and they said they just got the call which now to top it off they lied about their inability to do the jobs the accept. what is funny is right after I called the truck they showed up with in 15 min. they left him there for almost 5 hours and still charged full price and did n... read more

I am a traveling massage therapist I was at a client's home unloading my table I wasn't even in their home for 5 minutes and I came out to move my car and this guy Already had me hooked up as I proceeded to tell him what I was doing he said it didn't matter that I couldn't park there I said I wasn't parking I was only carrying in my table and I was only in there 5 minutes he said yeah I know I was with another car for the past 5 minutes and saw your car sitting there and he still charged me 80 bucks just unhook my car so th... read more

Got a tow through my warranty contract for a 2016 ford taurus and estimated time was arrival which was fine. Hour and a half went by and nothing. I called my warranty people back because I'm stranded on the side of the stupid road and asked what's going on and apparently these people cancelled the call 15 minutes after taking the call WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. Like seriously? Will never go through this company again. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

Didnt even get the chance to experience a tow. The lady who answers the phone is very rude and Im glad that it worked out the way that it did because no matter who was paying for the tow I wouldnt want this company making a single dollar off of me. Word of advice to the dispatcher, when people are broke down on the side of the road after a long day at work the last thing they want to hear is someone on the other end of the phone being DISRESPECTFUL, rude and talking down to them. How much responsibility does a towing company have in towing the correct vehicle? Apparently none. After my car died - yes, my 2-year-old car died - I was able to get it down the street to the garage. The next day I had to get it towed to Superior Honda. I called Millennium Towing at Honda's recommendation. Superior Honda even called me in the afternoon to talk about my car.
