Joseph provided great customer service and asked questions to make sure he knew what my concerns were. Set up installation the next day. The 2 gentlemen who came out were so nice and educational. All in all, it was a great experience. I have recommended their service already.
Zach came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about our unit. Immediately after assessing the situation he was able to pinpoint the problem and suggest solutions based off his knowledge and experience. Our unit needed to be replaced and he reached out to his supervisor and got us a consultation within the same day!! Good service is hard to come by and we really appreciate Zach.
O'Neil and his crew arrived at the time agreed, too. He was professional in introducing his crews and their started right way to install my new a/c system. In the past, I have had many other technicians to my home, but O'Neil and his crew had been the best so far. My system was installed so neatly that I kept complimenting him that he was doing such a great job. We are very pleased with Omega Heating and Air. This company was sent to my home from American Home Shield for our AC unit to give a second opinion because the first company claimed they could not diagnose the problem until we removed the cage from our AC unit, also lack of professionalism . Keith from Omega came out, introduced himself, was so professional and mannerly. Working with Omega has been awesome. I actually was able to get a live person on the phone when I first called and not a voicemail message I would have to wait to hear back from someone. They were able to get me setup for a visit the next day. My technician came out and diagnosed my issue. He explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent customer service and I would use them again.
