I called Omega and they scheduled a same day appointment to see why my AC unit wasn’t cooling. Zach R. was my service guy. He texted me when he was on his way, asked clear questions, quickly determined the issue and fixed it! He installed my new air filter, made sure the outside unit worked properly, he even cut back the long grass around it! Zach was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely call Omega again for my AC needs!
AC Mini Split Service Review During one of the hottest weeks of the year, my basement mini split stopped working and displayed an F0 code. I contacted Omega Heating and Air Inc., and they quickly scheduled an appointment between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. O'Neil and his crew arrived at the time agreed, too. He was professional in introducing his crews and their started right way to install my new a/c system. In the past, I have had many other technicians to my home, but O'Neil and his crew had been the best so far. My system was installed so neatly that I kept complimenting him that he was doing such a great job. Zach came out and was very professional and knowledgeable about our unit. Immediately after assessing the situation he was able to pinpoint the problem and suggest solutions based off his knowledge and experience. Our unit needed to be replaced and he reached out to his supervisor and got us a consultation within the same day!! Good service is hard to come by and we really appreciate Zach.
