O'Neil and his crew arrived at the time agreed, too. He was professional in introducing his crews and their started right way to install my new a/c system. In the past, I have had many other technicians to my home, but O'Neil and his crew had been the best so far. My husband and I were in need of replacing our outdated air conditioner. Jamilla was great with getting things handled through our home warranty company and assisting with payment. Omega was very prompt and professional during the whole process. Our son thanks you immensely. He can now move back upstairs where his room is once again, cool and comfortable. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a great experience dealing with Omega Heating and Air . The first experience was coming out to see if they could locate the problem with my upstairs air conditioning unit . Zack was very prompt , professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He said what he thought the problem was , but I would need to schedule an appointment so he could do a leak search , since my unit was out of Freon . First request for Spring service with Omega Heating and Air. The service was SUPERB! Zachary was nice, I felt he was thorough and informative. I haven’t had any prior ac/furnace servicer stay as long as he did (that’s a positive observation). I also received pictures with the invoice. Wish I could give higher than 5 stars. I look forward to doing business with this company.

Working with Omega has been awesome. I actually was able to get a live person on the phone when I first called and not a voicemail message I would have to wait to hear back from someone. They were able to get me setup for a visit the next day. My technician came out and diagnosed my issue. He explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent customer service and I would use them again.
