BEWARE! The experience with the shop started off good but has become an absolute nightmare. Poor communication, lengthy delays, constant reschedules. They cashed the insurance check but didn't finish the work and I've constantly had to chase them to finish the work it's been 6 months since the initial consultation, and 4 months to finish what they say is 4 hours of work. I'd stay away and go with another company if you can
We have three Toyota vehicles that were damaged by hail in late June 2023. Keep your schedule and don't lie to your customers.
We scheduled repairs a month in advance so our car could be repaired while on vacation. A month in advance! We showed up for our appointment and the rental vehicle that we agreed upon wasn't requested from the rental company. As soon as I heard "that request isn't noted in my calendar," I knew things weren't going to go as we planned. I hate hearing excuses or hearing employees blame other employees. I will not recommend this business to anyone. It took them nearly 7 weeks to repair hail damage on our car. After 4 weeks, we tried to pick up our car, and discovered they had scratched and chipped the paint on other places one the body. We had to send it back to have these repaired, which took another three weeks. During this time, we called several times to get updates, and our calls were rarely returned.
