I had an appointment at 3pm. I left work in time to be there by 3 & the tech didn’t show by 4pm - no call - nothing…..I finally got a call at 4:20 from the tech who said his boss pulled him from my appointment to go to another😡😡😡 WHY?! I left work to be there for an appointment! No phone call from the boss & no apology. What a waste of time & money. F- service & treatment.
