We have terrible drainage issues with water just pooling in one corner of the yard. Also, we expressly asked that sage plants not be part of the landscaping and ended up with not one but two sage plants that we ended up replacing at our own expense. Grading was not completed as agreed upon, and sod was not rolled after being laid and was pieced together with obvious gaps.
