Was given a quote, which took 2 days to get.. then the owner calls me trying to charge me 3 hrs for diagnostic and claims he is not doing the work anymore. That he don’t know why I was even given a quote & Josh who gave me the quote blames the mechanic for Mis-communication. Bad business overall. Do not recommend this place bad business. I was given a quote for repairs on my car by an employee Enrique at Cruz and cars and told it would be ready by the end of the day. Then hours later was called by the owner Ricky and was told the quote was way under price and he didn’t know what his employee was thinking and to top that off he had no idea when it could be completed. It was Thursday, the day before my daughter was graduating and there was NO WAY your car would be ready AND you're right, you were given a wrong price but it was caught before we started the job . you were given the opportunity to deny service before starting, in which you lost that opportunity and I made the decision for you when you began to "belittle" us by calling us incompetent. Customer service is sub par. I made an appointment or 8:30 for an oil change and alignment which took all day to complete. I had to call for updates all day. At 3:30 the van was done. I pick it up and the alignment is worse than before. My van was at the shop all day which meant the family couldn’t go anywhere! Why make an appointment? So I call to get it fixed and they can’t get it done in a two or three hour window. Really?! You can’t make it right as soon as possible so you want me to leave it with you all day again? They screwed over three of my family memebers .... would never take my vehicle their!!!!!! Didn't even test drive the car on the freeway when we told him my little sister was gna be driving the car on the freeway to San Antonio .. payed 2000 cash for nothing.... DOMT GO THERE !!!!!!
