Was given a quote, which took 2 days to get.. then the owner calls me trying to charge me 3 hrs for diagnostic and claims he is not doing the work anymore. Do not recommend this place bad business. I was given a quote for repairs on my car by an employee Enrique at Cruz and cars and told it would be ready by the end of the day. Then hours later was called by the owner Ricky and was told the quote was way under price and he didn’t know what his employee was thinking and to top that off he had no idea when it could be completed. Customer service is sub par. I made an appointment or 8:30 for an oil change and alignment which took all day to complete. I had to call for updates all day. At 3:30 the van was done. I pick it up and the alignment is worse than before. My van was at the shop all day which meant the family couldn’t go anywhere! Why make an appointment?
