Terrible service. Blew their own estimate by 50% on unmodified car, exceeded their estimated time by 8.5 months, sub-par work, will not stand by warranty, 2-4x markup on parts. Eric is a lying cheat.
Engine Masters is a complete joke. I spent $22,000 with them on a long block Diesel engine. The original quote was for $9,000. They swindled me into paying more than double for parts they said I needed. They added over $1,000 worth of parts that were never put on my truck and this was confirmed by the mechanic which has been fired because of it. Within 7 months I have only driven it 2,000 mi and have taken it back to their shop 12 times for warranty work. I picked up my truck for the last and final time today. It is still ov... read more

Worst experience! They’ve been holding my Yukon XL for 3 years. These idiots even replaced the entire motor for 8k and still can’t figure it out. It’s a joke save your attorney fees and don’t bring your vehicle to these people 🤣
