They butchered my f250 on a swap out, they never got a hold of me before they swapped out motor, they installed a motor that had water in block because of they either left it outside or when their roof leaked I had to take it back because of transmission a week later motor and transmission gave out, I’ve been asking for my money back for a year now $11000 they ripped me off for these are white Americans 🇺🇸😁🥴

YOU WILL BE SORRY!! they're called engine Masters the only thing they're the masters of, are lying, deceiving, stealing and doing everything they can to get your last penny! long story short after 19 days, $7,600 and four attempts to pick up our motorhome... we ended up stranded in the desert, in triple digit heat!! the replacement engine they put in, lasted a total of 135 MILES before completely seizing up!! we are a disabled senior citizen couple traveling the US full time, living in our motorhome. My $5,000 quoted engine swap ended costing over $10,000. The warranty is good only if you pay labor and parts for the repairs. The staff is very rude. I’d pay money to never see these goons again. Frankly, I am surprised they are in business. I had the work done January 2023. When I dropped it off I told them sorry, battery was dead I had to jump it. When I picked it up battery was still dead, new starter had been replaced, and alternator wasn’t working. So it ran like dribbling cat poo. Not enough spark to ignite fuel p... read more

1974 F 250 Highboy They charged over $10000 to swap a motor out, charged over 4000 in parts to rebuild a transmission and reseal transfer case, they butchered my truck. Sabotage on other things. Mechanic got violent because of their shotty work, not too mention they kept old motor and fresh painted oil pan. Could not provide itemized receipts or name of place that did transmission work. Retired Military here and these people call themselves Americans 🥴

Unfortunately, this company has proven to be deceptive and incredibly rude. They broke the engine that they were contracted to repair and when we went to get all the rest of the parts and our deposit back Eric DeRoche refused to give either. He is further demanding that we pay over $3,800 in addition to the deposit to just get our broken engine pieces back. On top of everything he and his staff are horribly rude!

Had engine masters rebuild my dad's 360 out of a 1970 ford f250. $10k and 3 months later compression at 95 psi, was at 125psi. They overcharge and make plenty of excuses as why it took 3 months and low compression.
