Terrible service. I went in their office personally to give them permission to release my totaled car to my insurance company. They wrote down all my information and agreed to release it. On the drive home I noticed I forgot my garage door opener. I called a Jimmie's representative and they agreed to take the opener from my car and keep it in their office until I could pick it up in two days.
